Hello everyone spring is upon us which means more running which means more posts. I do not know about you, but that is some wonderful math there. This week I was in Olean NY which is about a hour and half drive from Buffalo. The temperature was perfect for running, but due to some bad weather I was forced to do most of my runs this week inside. The only day I did get to run outside was awesome! I was able to do a 5 mils of back roads running surrounded by the hills of western New York which are now starting to sprout into a wonderful shade of green. Also on April 27 2011 was the day to find out if you were choosen for for the New York City marathon. I was not picked this year which was kind of sad, but there is always next year.
